RQC was responsible for the design and construction of the 148,000 s.f. complex with both two-story and four-story elevations on a three-acre site. The multiple-story building was constructed of heavy structural concrete and structural steel with multiple types of highly architectural facades including curtain walls, EIFS systems and veneer. The facility supports other buildings in the complex and has communications floors with offices at the perimeter and large open areas that provide computer and communications workstations. |
