Project will be featured in the Real Estate Construction Review Magazine in the 2008 Southern California edition. RQC was responsible for the remodel and seismic upgrading of the historic structure. The courthouse remained fully functional during construction. Three floors required demolition and care was taken to match and restore historical features of the building.
