RQ Construction performs over 70% of our projects using the Design-Build delivery method. We have considerable experience delivering highly successful Design-Build projects in California, Arizona and Nevada. Many owners are bypassing the design-bid-build, low price method of selecting builders and turning to the Design-Build approach because it provides better budget control and provides for earlier project delivery.

Our proven Design-Build services bring accurate cost estimating and construction experience to the earliest planning stages of a project. RQC design-build teams are able to control the way work is done during the design phase so as to minimize negative iteration while at the same time providing great design and fast track schedules. We design using BIM 3D modeling to provide superior construction documentation and real time cost estimating during design to keep within the customers’ budgets.
