RQ Construction, partnered with DPR Hardin Construction Co., LLC / Whitesell-Green Inc., Joint Venture, is pleased to announce that we have been awarded the $27,546,924 Special Operations Forces Sustainment Training Complex at MCB Camp Lejeune. The work to be performed provides for the construction of a sustainment training complex and miscellaneous supporting structures/ utilities/infrastructure for small arms and breaching activities required for East coast-based units assigned to U. S. Marine Corps Forces Special Operations Command.
RQ Construction, partnered with DPR Construction, is pleased to announce that we have been awarded the design and construction of the Battalion Headquarters and an Applied Instruction Lab for Survival, Evasion, Resistance, and Escape (SERE) Training at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune. The contract contains two planned modifications, which if exercised, would increase the cumulative contract value to $53,875,166.
On Saturday, July 21, RQ hosted a day dedicated to Confined Space Training in Swansboro, North Carolina. This educational event brought together nearly 50 members from RQ’s local Camp Lejeune, Cherry Point, Tarawa Terrace, and Quantico projects, including OICC MCI East and key subcontractors.
California-based teacher Jeff Beeler of JB Safety Services led an engaging training experience that developed the attendees’ knowledge of confined space entry requirements, equipment, hazard management, permits, and more. Upon completion of the day, all attendees were awarded an 8-hour certificate in Confined Space Entry.

RQ (as Kisaq-RQ JV) is pleased to announce the award of the design-build Tarawa Terrace 1 Primary School. The school will be constructed as an addition to the existing TTII Elementary School, and will include general purpose classrooms, a gymnasium, special education classrooms, and increases support areas to accommodate additional enrollment. New site amenities will include additional parking and access drives, a secondary drop-off with covered walkway, playgrounds, hardcourt, signage, fences, landscaping, security lighting, and service / equipment yards with screen walls.
