KTR and the Design Team actively participated in all Post Award Design, Charette, and Joint Scoping meetings. The Design Team was highly integrated into the project, developing twenty-two (22) ASIs to capture changes, including the Rehabilitation of Wing 1. The Design Team spent many days on site investigating existing conditions of Wing 1 to develop accurate construction documents.
