Ethics Hotline

In accordance with FAR 52.203-13 Contractors Code of Business Ethics and Conduct, RQ Construction LLC has established this Hotline to allow anyone to report potential or actual improper, unethical or illegal conduct on the part of RQ personnel, or its subcontractors, vendors, etc. To anonymously and confidentially report, please use the web form below and leave the name and email boxes blank. Other reporting options include calling the Hotline voicemail system at 760-477-8660, emailing ethics@rqconstruction.com, or sending a letter to RQ’s main office, attention Ethics Hotline. RQ employees should consult the RQ Code of Business Ethics and Conduct for other reporting options available to RQ employees only.
