United States Army Corps of Engineers

Who they are.

As a Department of Defense agency, USACE delivers vital engineering services, manages water resources, builds military facilities, and leads disaster responses to strengthen national security and the economy.

How we work together.

We partner with USACE to plan, design, and construct facilities that meet rigorous technical criteria and performance expectations. Our teams understand federal acquisition processes, documentation standards, and quality controls required to deliver compliant, mission-ready projects.

From military installations and operational facilities to civil works infrastructure, our collaboration supports USACE’s diverse mission set—including dormitories, headquarter buildings, and medical facilities. By aligning design intent with constructability and execution, we help deliver resilient, high-performance solutions that advance national security, protect communities, and strengthen critical infrastructure.

RQ continues to be a great partner on any project they are awarded. RQs management style is effective in getting crucial work complete, holding subcontractors accountable and productive, and meeting all the needs of the USACE staff. I very much look forward to working with them in the future on ANY project they are awarded
