Child Development Center, Fort Irwin, California
RQ Construction, as part of the SBA Mentor Protégé team RQ-RBA JV, performed the design and construction of the new Child Development Center (CDC) at Fort Irwin. Set on an approximately five acre site, the 25,000-sf single story building has a 232 child capacity facility for children ages six weeks through five years. This facility was designed and built to strict US Army Center of Standardization (COS) guidelines. The renovation of Building 1322 was also included in this project.

RQ-RBA JV has set the standard for all future projects on Fort Irwin with their incredible coordination and communication
with our staff and the stakeholders. There were several modifications on this project and the contractor never faltered in providing
a top class product. Outstanding work ethic, would definitely work with RQ-RBA JV again on another project.
