Child Development Center, Fort Irwin, CA

RQ Construction, as part of the SBA Mentor Protégé team RQ-RBA JV, performed the design and construction of the new Child Development Center (CDC) at Fort Irwin. Set on an approximately five acre site, the 25,000-sf single story building has a 232 child capacity facility for children ages six weeks through five years. This facility was designed and built to strict US Army Center of Standardization (COS) guidelines. The renovation of Building 1322 was also included in this project.
