This project includes the design and construction of nearly 200,000-SF of new facilities, namely: a Headquarters Building, Maintenance Facility, Armory, Comm/Elec Building, Supply Warehouse, Indoor Simulated Marksmanship Training building, Covered Storage, Hazmat Storage Building, and various site features. All facilities except the ISMT are located in or next to a secure compound. The ISMT is located outside of this compound for use by the entire Courthouse Bay area.
