Dining Facility, Cuba
Project includes the construction of a new dining facility to accommodate 1,000 people. The design includes additional square footage to accommodate a separate food storage and meal preparation area, serving, dining, dishwashing, pot wash, administration, locker area, waste disposal, cold and dry storage, information systems, fire detection, alarm, and suppression systems, relocation of exterior freezer and refrigeration units, and relocation of three (3) emergency generators.
