This contract included two separate facilities (Building 1 and Building 8) with site work. Building 1 is a 36,146 square foot tank maintenance facility with an administrative core of approximately 6,000 square feet. The administrative core includes a supply/storage area, tools and parts area, conference room with audio-visual capabilities, and break room. Building 8 is a 10,473 square foot building with a full wood shop, a radiator repair shop, a glass shaping and cutting shop, a machine working shop with a 1 ton bridge crane, an F&I repair shop with an attached injector test room, and a full physical fitness room with a mirror wall.
