P-599S LAR Company Maintenance Facility And BEQ

The design-build LAR and BEQ project consists of a multi-story Bachelor Enlisted Quarters (BEQ) and a Vehicle Maintenance Facility (VMF) to support LAR Company Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center. The BEQ is a two-story 21,000 square foot split faced CMU building with seismic upgrades, slab on grade foundations, and standing seam metal roofing. The VMF is a 15,000 square foot concrete masonry building with concrete footings/floors and standing seam metal roofs. It contains administrative spaces and storage spaces in addition to the tactical vehicle maintenance bay.
