Personnel Center of Excellence, Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ

The Personnel Recovery Center of Excellence project featured the construction of two structures totaling 42,000 square feet. The Flight Simulator Facility housed one HC-130J aircraft simulator and associated facilities to support administration, training, mission planning, and maintenance functions. The Squadron Operations Facility building functions to accommodate personnel supporting the Rescue Squadron (RQS) HC-130J flight operations mission. It contained administration, planning, and briefing facilities. In addition, a third aspect of the project addressed infrastructure, which includes utility and road infrastructure components. This project was performed as the Kisaq-RQ JV.
