Repair and Renovation of Building 282, NSA Hampton Roads Portsmouth Annex, VA
This project repairs and upgrades Building 282 to help the facility meet Shared Mobilization / 2.0 Standards, code, and criteria requirements, and to correct existing deficiencies. Building 282 provides housing for 304 personnel in an ABA furniture configuration, and up to 312 in a non-ABA configuration. Major buildings systems are currently substandard and were replaced or repaired based on specific facility inadequacies.
