Rebuild Facilities Resident Inspection Office, Ponce, Puerto Rico
This new multiple story Building, Design-Build project includes the demolition of an existing building, the repair and stabilization of the project site, and the design and construction of a new 14,803-SF Resident Inspection Office (RIO) Ponce in Ponce, Puerto Rico.
This facility provides shore-side facilities to accommodate the Coast Guard RIO Ponce and CPB Air & Marine Operations personnel. The scope of work includes the demolition of existing structures, site safety and restoration integrity sustained from earthquake impacts, the construction of a new Operations Control Center and Boat Storage Bay, and site work including paving and provision of utility services for both temporary facilities and the new facilities.
