This 62,884-GSF project involved the remodel, conversion, and seismic upgrading of the 1933 addition to the Historic Riverside County Courthouse (originally built in 1903), while allowing all of the primary departments to remain fully operational. This project’s scope of work included the complete demolition and conversion of three floors, high-end historical millwork to match the existing, and conversion of existing jail area into administrative offices.
