SOF 3rd MSOB Company / Team Facilities and SERE Training Facilities, MCB Camp Lejeune, NC

The 3rd Marine Special Operation Battalion (MSOB) Headquarters project includes the design and construction of a 5-building LEED Silver campus on a 49-acre site located within the Stone Bay MARSOC. The complex includes secured areas, and was designed to conserve energy and optimize performance, incorporates stormwater management and building commissioning, and all structures were designed in accordance with accessibility and ATFP criteria.
This project provides a new complex for the approximately 440 regular staff and a varying number of Marines in transit that make up the 34d Marine Special Operation Battalion in support of Special Operations Forces (SOF) Marine Battalion Company / Team operations, and SOF Survival Evasion Resistance Escape (SERE) at Stone Bay MARSOC.
