A 50,000 SF surgical hospital with fourteen full-care patient beds and four operating rooms. Included rehabilitation, therapy, fitness improvement rooms, radiological, laboratory, and pharmacy services. This project was an OSHPD governed facility. All ground work, utilities, mechanical, and electrical systems were incorporated into a tightly integrated architectural design package, built within an urban redevelopment zone.
