Tarawa Terrace Elementary School Addition, MCB Camp Lejeune, NC

This design-build project was constructed as a 44,055 SF addition to the existing TTII Elementary School to serve pre-kindergarten through first grade students. It included general purpose classrooms, a 5,076 SF gymnasium, special education classrooms, and increased support areas to accommodate additional enrollment. New site amenities included additional parking and access drives, a secondary drop-off with covered walkway, playgrounds, hardcourt, signage, fences, landscaping, security lighting, and service / equipment yards with screen walls. This project was performed as the Kisaq-RQ JV.
