RQ is pleased to announce that we have been awarded the Firm-Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Multiple Award Construction Contract for new construction, renovation, demolition, and repair task order projects throughout the NAVFAC SE Area of Responsibility (AOR). Design-build and design-bid-build construction projects to be performed will primarily consist of general building type (new construction, renovation, alteration, demolition, and repair work) including, but not limited to: aviation and aircraft facilities; industrial facilities; barracks, dormitories, and personnel housing; administrative facilities; warehouse and supply facilities; training facilities; personnel support and service facilities; maintenance facilities; research facilities; commissaries/retail; medical facilities; waterfront facilities; and other similar type of facilities managed by NAVFAC SE. Estimated Task Order range is $30,000,000 to $150,000,000.
