This project was constructed in three separate packages, with a total of approximately 82,000 SF of new ground up construction along with site utilities, site parking, and new roadwork. The scope included new construction of a 42,000-SF Squadron Operations and Air Terminal (PV3 and PV6); new construction of a 30,000-SF Aircraft Engine Inspection and Maintenance Shop (PV2); and new construction of a 10,000-SF Pararescue Equipment Ready Storage (PV9).
