Company Operations Facility, Fort Irwin, California
This design-build Company Operations Facility (COF) located in Fort Irwin, California was designed to Army Center of Standardization requirements for COFs. The 22,388 square foot office and warehouse facility provides administrative and supply facilities for unit personnel and serves as the primary staging, training, and deployment center for personnel and their individualized gear. The project also includes a central plant. The COF accommodates two companies, one on each side of the building.

Contractor's work was of the highest quality so the finished product was outstanding. The project was completed in a
timely manner ahead of schedule. The contractor achieved LEED Silver accreditation of the building. The contractor worked closely
with the USACE to make this a building that all would be proud to work in.
