Consolidated Base Support Complex, Los Angeles AFB, CA

The scope of this project includes the design and construction of a 148,000 square foot Consolidated Base Support Complex (CBSC), which involves both four-story and two-story elevations. The scope included demolition of existing asphalt and concrete paving and other non-structural items on the site. Underground utility systems included in the project are site storm water, fire water, domestic water, sanitary sewer, electrical and communications distribution. All AT/FP guidelines for new construction were incorporated in the design and subsequent construction.
