This complex design-build project was the second phase of a four phase overall Master Plan in the 16 Area of Camp Pendleton for the Force Intelligence Operation Compound, (FIOC). It was designed and constructed for the radio, intelligence and communications battalions of the 1st Marine Expeditionary Forces. FIOC Phase II is comprised of a Battalion Headquarters facility, Battalion Aid Station expansion, Communications/Electronics and vehicle maintenance facility expansion, Supply/Storage building, and parking. The total construction is approximately 83,300 square feet.
