P-725 Regimental Maintenance Complex, MCB Camp Pendleton, CA

The overall building and site layout for the 23,000 square foot Regimental Maintenance Facility was designed for the vehicular service and maintenance facilities that support the 1st, 2nd, 5th and HQ/Battery Regimental Battalions. The 16-bay concrete masonry unit motor vehicle maintenance shop and HAZMAT storage facility has roll up doors, concrete footings and floors, and standing seam metal roofing. The project includes a battery shop, administrative spaces, locker rooms, tire room, emergency showers and eyewash stations, a vault for secure storage, classrooms, and a conference room with audio-visual capabilities.
